For attendees who arrive in our city by plane, they have a local train line to reach the conference headquarters.
The RENFE Cercanías line: C-1 Fuengirola-Málaga Centro (Alameda).
The underground train station is located under terminal T3 and is accessed from the door of terminal T3 through the Transport Interchange.
The line to Malaga center will stop at the following stations:
- Guadalhorce in 2 minutes
- Victoria Kent in 5 minutes
- María Zambrano Station in 8 minutes ==> This would be the headquarters of the congress and the Hotel
- Málaga Centro Alameda in 12 minutes
Ticket price: €1.80
The C1 train line operates every day.
Hours: from 5:20 - 23:30 with a frequency of 20-30 minutes
The María Zambrano AVE station is located in the same building as the Barceló Hotel, headquarters of the congress.
Therefore, all attendees who arrive to our city by AVE train will be able to reach the hotel on foot, without the need for any means of transportation.
There are two attendance options to the scientific sessions, with different registration fees: On site (in person) or online (streaming)
Both options will have an online access to the recorded sessions until 30th november 2024

The scientific sessions will have simultaneous translation into English in both attendance modalities ( on site and streaming)
We have organized a poster contest to stimulate the research and participation of promising young doctors in Fetal Medicine.
In order to allow the participation of the poster, at least one of the authors should be registered with the on site registration.
Dead line for posters reception October 1st 2024
The 3 best posters will be promoted to the presentation in the oral scientific sessions and will be awarded with the free registration to the symposium.
The ON-SITE registration fee includes:
- Attendance to all scientific sesions
- Coffe-breaks,
- Working lunch on thursday 17th, friday 18th and saturday 19th
- Welcome and closing events.
- Online access to the recorded sessions until 30th of november 2024
- Attendance certificate

- On line attendance to all scientific sesions ( streaming)
- Online access to the recorded sessions until 30th of november 2024

Cancellation policy:
- Before august 15th: 100% refund of fees
- From august 16th to october 10th: 50% refund of fees
- From october 10th: No refund of fees
Regarding the possibility of COVID and onsite attendees:
If the attendee cannot attend the Symposium due to proven COVID-19 related reasons at the time of the Symposium (e.g. travel restrictions, positive test, transportation cancellation, imposition of quarantine) the onsite registration will be transferred to a virtual registration.
If for reasons outside of its control a decision is made by Centro Gutenberg to convert the hybrid Symposium to a fully virtual event, onsite registrations will be transferred to virtual registrations and attendees will be refunded the difference, at no additional charge. Centro Gutenberg will not be responsible for refunding any costs associated with travel (e.g. transport, accommodation, visas, etc.) and recommend onsite delegates purchase the appropriate insurance accordingly.
Centro Gutenberg will follow spanish government COVID-19 requirements at the time of the Symposium. Attendees will be required to follow the COVID-19 rules and guidance from relevant authorities and Centro Gutenebrg. Such requirements may include providing a proof of COVID-19 vaccination and/or a negative COVID test, wearing of face masks and/or social distancing.
